First Torch - Is this looking OK

First torch / first LPS - so not sure yet what exactly to look for. This has been in the tank about 2 weeks now, and wanted a quick check on whether it looks healthy and flow looks good from people more knowledgeable than me.

LOL - trying to hold off getting another until I’m confident I can keep this one alive, but already scoping out other good spaces in the rockwork for them.
