Looks like fin rot and its got internal parasites judging from the long stringy poop coming out its anus.

I would keep at it with the maracyn or switch to erythromycin or melafix if no change soon.
Might also want to try powdered prazi and metroplex (general cure) binded to its food with seachem focus for the internal parasites.

This fish has what looks like fin injury which has become infected and will need treatment which I see you alreasy have quarantine. Unfortunately, both para-cleanse and Oxy are weak agents and often ineffective.
Treatment will be Seachem neoplex which is a broad spectrum treatment and often absorbed by the given fish.
As for feces- Do Not administer Metro. Prazi or melafix as melafix is merely a tonic made from tea tree oil and rarely does anything due to density of marine tank water and ingredients.
The feces stem from excess mucus in the intestinal tract and causes the poop to be sticky as it appears and likely Not internal. If it were internal, fish would have loss of appetite and be losing weight. Simply change up the diet adding foods (as i assume you are feeding Mysis and Brine shrimp) such as LRS fish frenzy, TDO pellets, mysis flakes and small plankton. Brine will help it pass this and at times approaching the fish with a net will spook the fish causing it to scurry from net and the sticky feces will fall off

@vetteguy53081 feeding rods reef and hatchery pellets ill try and find some seachem neoplex tomorrow
If youre feeding the fish reef roids - Dont. Reef roids is a coral food and raises Phosphate and in some cases nitrate. Diet is no good. They are carnivorous and eat the foods I mentioned . The plankton they eat are such as pictured below- Not powdered planktonic food.

I dont believe you have an internal parasite as symptoms are not there and neoplex addresses external issues including fin and bacterial

I would skip the Maracyn Oxy, it doesn't seem very effective in marine systems.

The fish looks skinny in the belly (or is that the angle of the shot?). The clear feces can be a sign of not getting enough to eat. You mentioned it is eating well, you should work with @vetteguy53081 to boost the nutrition of the diet.

Going forward, you should consider other treatments - cupramine and then prazicleanse for example.
