I wanted to know whats a good peelet or flake food for my marine fish in my reef aquarium? I feed them frozen Mysis once a day and that's all they eat is once per day. I would like to start feeding them 3 times a day once in the morning and once in the afternoon some peelet food or flake. What would be a good brand and type of food for them. I have a leapord wrasse, hippo tang, one blue chromis, and one clown fish. I also feed nori for the hippo once a day as well. I don't want a fish food that has high phosphate I have a problem with that already. thank you ahead of time for helping figure this out.

new life spectrum is a pretty good pellet , and for flake I use omega one.. you should try a good quality mixed frozen food like Rod's food or Larry's.

+1 to New Life Spectrum; I've also been hearing good things about Sustainable Aquatics pellets.
