I’ll be adding a first order of fish for a 65 gallon fully cycled tank next week. I will have a modest cuc, some pods, rock, and oolitic sand in the tank. There is plenty of flow from wave makers and the return. I’m running a RS Reefer 300 skimmer and a Reef Mat 500. I will also be doing AWC throughout the day. In order to avoid taking a hit on shipping, I am taking several fish at once, albeit very small fish - 2 blennies and a firefish (expected to be about 2” each) and a school of 5 red stop light cardinal fish (probably about 1”). I’ll be feeding frozen mysis shrimp, some freeze dried reef jerky, some nori for the blennies, and whatever pods they can find. I would like to do a few very small feedings per day. It’s been awhile since I started a new tank, so I’d like some advice on how much food I should put in the tank per day.

I think the recommendation is "as much food as they will consume in a few minutes". I have some very good happy fish in my tank. I have 3 auto feeders - 1 feeds once a day and the other 2 feed twice a day.
