This may sound like a dumb question but with everything being so sensitive in the saltwater hobby can you take frozen mysis/brine shrimp and put it into a tub and store it in the fridge or should it stay in the freezer?

The way we handle frozen seafood is to keep it frozen at -10F and then thaw it and feed it immediately, or if we store it, keep it at 42 F. for no more than 72 hours, and never refreeze it.

Is it okay to feed the same thing say two or three days in a row?
I do, but in reality, a daily varied diet is probably best. If you do that, be sure to mix up the diet in order to try and cover any nutritional deficits.
