Fish has a pimple?

The poor lad, all the particles are from me just feeding the tank. Any ideas on the pimple on his upper lip? It's very red in person, I can't find too much googling it

I've been through that article, nothing really stands out as a red pimple as far as I can tell. Bacterial infection mentioned redness or open sores/wounds, I wouldn't really class this as that. Lymphocystis this one could also be a maybe, but it specifies white or beige.
