Those are both Pacific fish, and the videos have Atlantic fish mixed in with them, so taken in an Aquarium? The top one is a blue-lined sea bream (Symphorichthys spilurus). The bottom one is probably a harlequin sweetlips, Plectorhinchus chaetodonoides.

Curious to know where you shot the videos....

Thanks! These were taken at Discovery Cove at their Grand Reef.
