What is the purple and yellow fish in the background here:

It does not appear to be a bicolor dottyback, for eg., because the color line is horizontal, not vertical.

Thanks all! @nereefpat yeah, so I was wondering if that pearlscale butterfly is going to be safe in that tank? I know reefers who consider dotty backs strictly species specific tanks only, since reportedly they are so aggressive.

I'm setting up a 60G breeder FOWLR. (Same footprint as a 75G, just a little shallower. 4' long.)

I have pair of bicolors I will put in there, a clown, and then need to figure out the remaining stocking. I'd love to have a pearlscale and a starki damsel. A dottyback like that would be awesome (beautiful fish). Maybe a flame hawkfish and a midas blenny as well, if that's not overstocking. I also love Azure damsels (never had one, just love to watch them at LFS etc.).

Are critters like these going to get along long term?
