I’m building a 125 gal 72’x18’x22’ tank and am thinking about the fish I’m hoping to stock it with. So far my wish list is the following:
-One spot foxface rabbitfish
-Kole yellow eye tang (from my research this would fit my tank long term. I would be open to other tangs, but most seem to need a tank larger than what I have. I’m also looking for something with more variation than just a solid yellow tang)
-Red tail triggerfish
-lawnmower blenny
-Melanurus wrasse (I’m hoping this will be a good replacement of 6 line wrasse as I’ve read too much about their aggression)
-a pair of clown fish
I would like to add another fairy wrasse, maybe a red velvet fairy wrasse or a lineatus fairy wrasse, but I’m not sure they would coexist with the melanurus.
Also is the Melanurus a good controller of tank pests?
I would also like a dwarf Lionfish but I don’t think it would be compatible with everything else.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome!
