Fish question

I just put in my 40 gallon saltwater a yellow pawn goby and was wondering if he’ll get along with my starry blenny

You should be fine as one occupies the sand and the other is more of a rock dweller. Good luck with the new fish!

They should be ok but starry blennies can get quite aggressive.

They can be aggressive and gobies are a similar shape so I would say it's a bit of a gamble given that the tank isn't really big. Could go either way.

I appreciate the advice but surprisingly enough my starry blenny hasn’t really bothered the goby at all they did swim next to each. other at one point but nothing happened

Yeah I think so because the blenny hangs the rocks and the goby is on the sand but if somebody gets out of line straight to Davey Jones locker
