Fish sense weakness

I currently have a clown tang in my acclimation box. He was eating and swimming carefree then I noticed he just wasn’t himself.

Dosed prazipro so I figured that was the reason. But I’ve dosed prazipro before an my clown never acted like this.

I’ve noticed other fish come up to my clown tang and what looks like sniff my clown tang then proceed to body check my clown.

Just wondering if sick fish realease pheromones that other fish can pick up?
