I am getting a 140g tank and I am wondering if this stocking is good.. I already have some of the fish from my tank now that I will list and then list the new fish I would like to get.....
1. Sailfin tang
2. Porkipine pufferfish
3. Juvenile emporor
4. Niger trigger
5. 1 green chromis
6. 1 damsel
7. Cardinal fish (not sure what kind)
8.coral beauty
And now for the new fish I want to get...
(Keep in mind the niger trigger and porkipine pufferfish are both coral safe just not inverts)
9. Orange shoulder tang
10. Heniochus butterflyfish
11,a pair of clowfish
Is this a good stocking? Ik I will have to rehome a couple of them but whole they are juveniles is that fine??

2 tangs plus a triggerfish in a 140 is a lot of aggression already. It would be better if you added the trigger last to try to curb some aggression, but I'm assuming that's not possible anymore? Also, if you already have some, why not just keep the ones you have instead of rehoming and choose other fish compatible with the ones you already have?

I already have all the fish except for 9,10 and 11, and surprisingly the niger trigger isn't aggressive at all! At least for now and yes I will add him last because I already have thoes fish so I will just transfer him after I transfer the tang and get the new one 😀

What are the tank dimensions? Ive got a 150 with a tang and trigger, each about 4 inches and after 1 more tang i feel like itll be maxed for big fish. I do have a very large dusky wrasse though so I suppose it could count as a “big fish”.

Also, I think that the addition of another tang with the sailfin could go south really fast. How big is the current tank?

It's 72" long and 23" tall and 20" in width

60g that's why I need to upgrade... the only reason I am upgrading instead of rehoming the fish when they get big is my pufferfish... I love him to much 🤣
