I had to take in my valentini puffer because it developed a taste for any new sps I put in the tank. Of course it was my wife's favorite fish because of the puffer "personality." Are there any other fish out there that are similarly as interesting?

Tank is an 8' 200g and current stock is:
White tail Bristle tooth
Red Margin fairy wrasse
Copperband
Long nose yellow butterfly
two clowns
Magnificent foxface
coral beauty
diamond watchman goby

I am also planning on getting a blue hippo and red tail trigger in the future.

I think the Midas Blenny have a great personality! They are also pretty unique in shape and how they sit in your live rock peering out. I'd definitely recommend. I've had one in every tank I've ever owned. They can be a little territorial/aggressive depending on the fish though.

I second the flame hawk, I really love the melanarus wrasse. Lots of attitude and very flashy. They'll always show off their beauty.

Personality is something I think tangs and angels exhibit a lot of.

In a different way, I find yellow watchman gobies to have a lot of personality. Sand sifting gobies as well.

Yes, my gold head goby is a total crackup. The way he comes up to the glass and gulps at me likes thirsty and he wants a beer or two is way too funny.

Both my watchman goby and leopard wrasse are full of personality. My wife's favorite fish with personality is the little yellow clown goby, he is fearless and always wants to be center of attention.

Thanks guys. The flame hawk seems like a real winner. My diamond goby drives me crazy. In his current 90g he tries to bury anything within 24" of his home. Which in itself is pretty fun to watch/mess with but he has killed more than a few frags when I have been away for the weekend. Luckily in the new tank he should have plenty of room to leave other stuff alone.
