Just opened the outer BRS box. I fly to @That Crusso Kid area on Friday morning. Should I wait to set it up?

I put one temporary AI Hydra Edge LED light on my tank. I am testing the system if it can support Acros. I glued a Pinky the Bear and a PC Rainbow frag in the tank today. My ATI T5 is sitting on the floor. I attached 1 ReefBreeders Meridian and 1 Orphek LED strip to each side of the T5. He T5 light is too heavy for me to get it on the two conduit poles by myself. I’ll get that up when hubby flocks north for the summer (May 1).

Wait on setting up the reactor.

Excited to see those lights go into action in a few weeks!

@That Crusso Kid did you unbox your aquarium? I’m going keep bumping the contest to get more votes on there.

No, I have not and will not until after the contest. Otherwise, I'll start buying things for setting it up.

@Evil1 and anyone else... Now I am concerned about my Regal Angelfish. I haven't seen her picking at the SPS. So Regals are known to nip at SPS too??? I thought they might nip on LPS. I'm not concerned about LPS.

This is what I have read:

The Regal Angelfish may nip at large-polyped stony corals, an occasional soft coral and clam mantles, but may be kept with small-polyped stony corals and somewhat noxious soft corals.

Basically, all angelfish are potential coral nibblers.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's a "wait and see" game.

But she's headed down to your neck of the woods soon and she's worried about the wait and not see...

Welcome Back! Will you be running carbon and GFO at the same time in the reactor? If you need any help or have any questions about set up feel free to ask. 👍

The instruction suck like turtles. There are 3 BRS youtube videos on setting up your gfo reactor. All 3 are setup differently. Which is better.

This one has ball valve on IN (some BRS female who says to install on the IN)
