Flame Angel has bulging eye white patch

Had my flame, majestic and flameback in my 40 gal bare bottom quarantine for 5 weeks and all of the sudden the flame eye got a white patch and looks like it's bulging. They eating good. Need help to what kind of medication to treat it.
Temp is 78
Ammonia is 0

With the presence of PVC, I suspect mechanical injury to the eye and while it can or may subside, I highly recommend treating with Maracyn as pictured. I see its in Quarantine already, and what if any meds are you treating fish with?
