Yes, I have one in a softy tank with no issues and your corals are large... I doubt it would do any damage.

Because the corals are already there and established, I think it would be fine. That is what I did, corals first, then added a coral beauty and all is good.

Yes.

There will always be risks associated with adding a flame angel, but most can be mitigated by ensuring they are well fed and have an appropriate environment. Your tank looks very good, by the way.
