Is it true that not all flashing means disease? Asking for clarification
Well, when done in public.... it's usually a sign of a mental disorder and extremely frowned upon

My Carpenter's Wrasse flashes when it's being bullied/harassed/chased.

Also seen it doing it when it's "playing" with another fish. I've seen it and my Pygmy Angel taking turns playing follow-the-leader... one follows the other, then they switch. A couple times I've seen the Pygmy swim away as if to say "I'm done" and the Wrasse flashes for attention.
