Apologies for the awful lighting, my tank is too small for a wrasse and ive been advised against using flatworm exit in such a small tank, is there another way to remove flatworms?

I think you should just use the medication anyway. Since you have a small tank, you can easily do close to a 100% water change after the treatment; run carbon too.

It doesn't look like you have much in the tank, if anything you can even move your clowns and corals to a temporary bin with an air pump.

You can attempt to manually remove them, but it'd be a lot work and multiple sessions.
