Flea like bugs around and on zoas

Hello I need help IDing these creatures. They are around and on some of my zoas. The video isn’t the best from looking them up I don’t know if the are amphipods or something else. Also are they good or bad to have in a tank?

Looks like some type of pod, amphipods probably, but hard to tell in just in that lighting.
