What do you think caused these white spots? I don’t see any pests at night using red light. I did have an alk raise from 7.2 to 8.3. Only affected coral is this piece.

Photo today. The first two were from yesterday

Low nutrients, increased alkalinity, and some granulosas are just sensitive.

Just checked N03 6-7 using Nyos test, P04 is .06 using desktop Hanna meter, not the egg meter. The Red Hawaiian anemone isn’t out 24/7 so it’s time for weekly 4 g water change. That’s my indicator. Salinity a little high 1.027 instead of 1.026, PH 8.25 Hanna pen, temp 77.8, CA 450, MG 1450
Passive carbon in bag 3 Tbs., 34g tank
Nothing else is affected.

Also 7.4 DKH, Hanna meter, usually where it runs.

whatever it was it’s gone, spots are healed. Beautiful orange brown body with red polyps, purple tips, hard to see under blues
