Any recommendations for a float switch that cuts-off AC power when water level in ATO container gets too low?

Maybe something like one of these "tethered" floats but they look pretty sloppy/imprecise so wondering what others use and like:

PumpSpy Tethered Float Switch

WaterBoss Tethered Float Switch

Details in case it matters:
-- 40 gallon breeder (NO sump)
-- Tunze Nano Osmolator 3152 -- surprised it doesn't have some kind of low water level (or "dry") auto shut off
-- Cheapie 11 gallon polypropylene trash can with lid for ATO container jammed behind the tank -- no room anywhere else

This will get the job done and won't be "sloppy" like you mentioned.

Thanks,,, will check 'em out (and, as an added bonus, they're super cheap).

Ideally, I was looking for something that's fully submersible with the wires running out the top of the ATO container -- just because the container I'm using is contoured (not flat) and pretty flimsy so avoiding drilling through and sealing would be better,,, but we'll see.
