Does anyone have one laying around and a small pump. Or the knowledge to put it together?

I have one all wired up that I don't need. With a small pump.
 
If you need them in a hurry McMaster-Carr sells them and they are Madison Brand.

The McMaster-Carr part number 50195K93 is Madison's number M8000 (Yes I did verify this with them)
