floating canopy help

Looking for help ideas to make a floating canopy I can't attach to wall or hang from ceiling so trying to figure out how to make and support it off back of stand any ideas tips help needs to support a 6 bulb t5 24in light and 2 xr30w lights

Emt conduit off the back of the stand.
Then suspend at desired height

Thing is I want to add a board to mount lights on any tips for supporting the extra weight

If you have a large, mirrored dresser in your house, maybe look at how that is designed. If you beef up the vertical supports, you ought to be able to support the weight of the shelf/board you are looking to mount.
