Has anybody ordered anything from these people? I ordered about $120 worth of items on Dec 27th. I have asked for a shipping date and I get no response to my email. Are they in financial trouble or closing? What gives? Should I cancel the order?????

It is now Jan 18th and after 3 emails and one phone call I still have not had my order shipped. Last Tuesday I talked by phone to a lady there and she said my order was done and would ship the next day. Well a week later and still no notice of shipment. Has anybody else been ripped off by these people?

I have never ordered from them, but have never heard anything bad about them, or good for that matter. Have they already received payment? What did you order? You may have to try another vendor!

At this point I would just get your money back, if a company is this bad about getting a shipment out I would worry about the quality of what they are shipping and how they are shipping it.

This morning I called three times with no answer and then sent another email requesting a refund. Maybe they are out of business.

Contact your back/card company and tell them what happened and they should be able to help get your money back.

Get your money back while you can.

Their web site states that the owner is on the board of ORA. Perhaps ORA may likewise have some insight on Florida Aqua Farms, and/or inquiry with ORA regarding their board member may hasten your refund.
