On May 18th my dosing pump full dosed flourish nitrogen can be 200ml for sure.

i have not seen it for 18hrs then my digi for RTN so checked and found that my dosing pump went bad.

After that i check no3 and it less than 1ppm , so i done 160 liters of water change and for next 48hrs all went good and then on 3rd day my setosa got STN so fragged it can able to save few frags from it.

And today my lime in the sky stag getting brown in colour so i again tested No3 i can able to see 0.5ppm of no3 only .

Alk : 8
Ca : 370ppm
Po4 : 0 in hanna o in salifert also
no3 : 0.50 in salifert and 0 in api
mg : 1300

so today i done another 160 liters of water change cant figure out the exact issue

:mad::mad:

Your PO4 is too low. Your corals are starving to death. Their symbiotic alage, zooxanthellae, need both NO3 and PO4 to survive and thrive. I feed my 38 g acro tank freeze-dried zooplankton twice a day, plus dose KNO3 daily (there are only two fish in the tank, btw). With all this food and no skimmer, my PO4 remains undetectable. IMO, nothing sucks up nutrients faster than a tank of healthy sps (or xenia, lol).

Also, your Ca and Mg are a little bit low.

But my question even after 200ml of dosing no3 wrongly I can't able to see no3 in test kit.

Are you certain the doser over-dosed that much? That is a lot of NO3 to dose, for sure. I always re-test (and I mean always), if I get a reading that I feel may be incorrect. Granted, you tested with Salifert and API, but I would still re-test. How many corals does your tank have? I can't imagine that even a heavily stocked tank would use that much NO3 over such a short time frame, but I could be wrong.

Iam sure on over dosing 75% sps tank

I feel potassium may be high but let me get another test kit for no3 and I forgot to add my system volume is 2100 liters.

200mL of Fluorish in a 2100L system would raise the Nitrate by approximately 7.3ppm. That little has already been snatched up.

After this over dosing event my branching digi, setosa got stn any clue what went wrong?

You have a huge system with lots of sps colonies that would suck up NO3 in a hurry. When I first started dosing NO3, I tried Fluorish but had several corals start to stn so I switched to KNO3. If you're worried about over-dosing K, you could try sodium nitrate, which I've heard others are using.
