Flow for soft coral lps corals

Hey reefers just wanted to know if anyone has a program for flow. I have a Red Sea 425 softies and lps. I have 2 maxxspec gyre. What’s a good flow schedule

Mixed reef requires a different flow requirement to keep coral happy. I run constant at 40% and pulse on gyre unit. You have to play with percentage settings until you reach desired movement.
I can tell you 40%, Harry says 60 and paul says 50 but it is dependent on Your tank size and amount and type of coral in which you house
