Flow for torches and gonis

Hey all have some questions for flow for torches and gonis. Recently added another gyre and trying to mess with flow to get it right. Currently have one more middle and top on opposite sides. I want torches to get enough flow but gonis not too much. Tell me what you think too much or just right for both.

If video doesn’t work here’s a picture to sorta help. Sometimes gonis get a fast current of water and it really moves the polyps. Not sure if that’s too much I know it’s hard to tell
