Flow in 90 gallon

I have 2 powerheads that are 800gph fixed and a jebao ow-40 that will run up to 4000gph. If I run the jebao at around half would the 3600gph be too much for my tank? Those are the only pumps that will be running. Should I run the jebao lower? Tank will be mainly lps and softie. Maybe an sps or 2 down the road

For lps it’s should be ok. You can start at low flow and increase slowly or start with high flow and decrease later after observing the polyp extension behavior
