Flow Question

Good morning! I have a 26 gallon peninsula and find my self constantly tweaking flow. I currently have a 400 gph (dc) return on the right and a Nero 3 on the left (25%). Both are set to a sine pattern and everything is great when the flow alternates (rarely). When both are on the flow is very chaotic and right now my torch garden receives the blunt of the chaos. I am considering putting the Nero3 on the right either above (ideally tho unclear if it will fit) or below the return. This would eliminate the chaotic flow and create a rotating flow pattern.

I have a 400g peninsula and I am forever tweaking flow also. Can we see pics? I know our scale is different but flow is flow. However, peninsulas can be tricky not only for flow, but properly getting your water down the overflow. Peninsulas, generally speaking, are plumbed in a way that makes them exceptionally inefficient. I discovered how poorly mine was filtering water when my ATO sensor stopped working. I started sucking air bubbles up with both of my return pumps. I observed these air bubbles going in my display and then a very healthy % of them going right back down the drains. So I replied both return lines to the short side (opposite overflow side). That made a tremendous difference.

Morning! Thanks for the replies and assistance and apologies for the delay. I was traveling for the holiday weekend.

Here is a video of my small torch garden which shows 2 of my 3 torches failing to fully open. It also shows the chaotic nature of the flow tho it actually gets worse at times depending on where the pumps are in the sine curve.
