Flow question

Working on a new tank and I am working on flow. I am thinking one Nero 7 on each end of the tank and an Orbit 4 Cross Flow in the middle on the back wall.

Will that be enough flow for 200 gallon tank that’s 70in long?

Just the orbits on the side? No need for anything on the back glass?

On my 180 (72 inches long)I have a jebao spc- 120 on one end opposite of the return. I run it at the lowest setting and when it dies I'm going down to a jabco spc 90. Plenty of flow as you can see in the video the wave makes it almost to the end on the lowest setting any higher and the corals wouldn't open all the way.

Once you have corals. you should see if they need more flow IMO
