Flow rate for my UV sterilizer

I have a 180 gallon tank (about 210 including sump). I just upgraded to a 57 W UV sterilizer. I have to get a new pump because the pump I have now is on its way out, but I want to get a pump that I can change the flow rate. what flow rate do I need for the UV sterilizer to be effective, I want to treat for parasites/ich. I know it’s low, but I’ve tried looking up the size charts and it’s way too confusing cannot just find a simple range. Thanks.

This is a decent general guideline.

Back in the day before Pentair bought Emperor Aquatics, Emperor's chart was more accurate

I find these flow rates a little high for parasitic disease control, but it's a good starting place

Above 90,000 is where they say to be, I believe the real number is more like 140,000

I used pentairs chart, but I had to lower the flow rate to effectively kill my dinos.

Sorry – I am relatively new to the hobby, I saw a chart once that had different flow rates, depending if you want to kill algae or parasites. But also the chart in that picture is a little confusing to me, since my size tank isn’t exactly there. It’s an aqua series UV if that helps.
