This is my 1st ever coral. My question is is this too much flow?

That looks fine, though the light intensity looks abit high, duncans like the light to be abit to the lower side 50-150 par range

It looks like a pretty good level of flow, an easy way to tell is with polyp retention. If a coral looks closed up during the day when it should be extending its tentacles then it probably is in too much flow or light and would benefit from being moved. If you do decide to move the coral if it's not looking well make sure to give it a few days to adjust to its new area before you decide you want to move it again.

Thank you
