Flukes?

I tried posting earlier and it looks like it didnt take, so my appolgies if this is redundant. I noticed my Koran Angel, that is going through the changing process, has a cloudy eye. Everything I read pointed to flukes. I did a freshwater dip and maybe 2 dozen of these little white rice appearing things came out and sunk to the bottom. I have ordered the medication for flukes to be overnight delivered. Does this sound like classic flukes? Ive never dealt with them. I cant post a video for some reason i took of it but I'll try a picture. Thanks for any help!

Based on type of fish and image. flukes are likely and treat with PraziPro and you want to dose at 85% of recommended and allow it to work for 8 days, change water and apply one more application lasting 8 days and do add an air stone as Prazi lowers both oxygen and appetite

The blotchy skin and cloudy eye does look like Neobenedenia flukes. When they drop off during a dip, they look more like flat oval fish scales to me, but maybe could be considered “rice like”. This is the only species of fluke that you’ll see in a dip.

Here is a post I made about dosing praziquantel to treat these. In many cases though, treating all exposed fish with hyposalinity works better - but you would need a fish-only tank to go that, where prazi can be run in your display tank.
