Not sure what they are . Are they cyano ? If so , how should I get rid of them .

I seriously doubt the fluorescent orange stuff is any form of cyano or algae. But that said, I don't know what it is either.

I occasionally get a bright, fluorescent pink spot (leaning toward orange). But it doesn't get big and it goes away if I take the rock out of the water and dry it out. I suspect it's alive. Maybe a type of coraline algae, but that's purely a guess.

Let's gett some other opinions. #reef squad

Id take a guess at coraline. I ordered KPAquatics live rock that had a few colors of coraline. I was shocked to see how bright and colorful the rock was under my lights. It practically glowed. Unfortunately that color didn’t stay- its now a normal coraline color now. Too bad, it was beautiful.

it is dead/dying Coralline algae.
As was shown in this post

Coralline likely died off on this rock after being exposed to air or other shipping related reasons. It quickly either turns white or replaced with other algaes/more Coralline.
