So I been battling high phosphates all the time in my small tank. I wanted to see if anyone has successfully created a sump for this particular tank underneath it. It has its own little sump but you cant fit much in it. I was thinking about doing a HOB sump and running it down below. I wanted to see if anyone has any creative ideas for me. Thanks.

Look at Fragbox corals on YouTube they have a Fluval 13.5 and you can see a drain out of pvc, elbow comes out and turns to the right then a elbow down. I watched it today and it makes me think hard about applying it to mine. Here is my example on how to hide all plumbing and electrical.
