I thought about doing that too with the weir. Instead I just went for a Tunze skimmer and I have all in one bio pellets, rowaphos and just some floss which I replace every few days. the back chambers aren't great though would be better if the water came from the bottom up rather than just flowed along in a line if that makes sense

WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW...that's all I have to say!

It's love at first site! :D

This thing fits like it was made for the tank. Netting is nice and tight. I don't notice any shadowing at all. It still has the protective plastic attached to both sides so no chance of it getting scratched. This one is very sturdy. Very little twisting at all.

Looks great Jimbo! You did a great job providing accurate dimensions ;). We didn't even know the lid was for the Fluval M90 till you posted your thread link in our ClearView Lid thread. I'll make sure we note it in the lid library and update the website for other Fluval M90 owner's =).

We thank you for your business and for putting up a great review and detailed pics. Let us know if you need anything else.

Yeah, I really like how the lid just blends in. Algae issue is pretty much gone. I still have a few strings of hair algae.

Love the look of your M90. Cannot make up my mind between M90 or IM nuvo 30L. The M90 have more room for the fish but not sure how the water flow in the back chambers. How did you set up the back chambers, may I ask. Anyway love the look of your tank and how is it so far for you? Do you thing it 's a good tank. Thank you.

I ended up moving and sold the tank. It's fairly shallow from front to back due to the filter area in the back. That was my only complaint about it.
