Hi all new to forum I have a question I have a 72 x 30 x24 tank I have built a stand my tank is a rimless tank double based I have an insulation board to put between the plywood base and tank was wondering if this insulation board will be ok has some impressions in it but with the tank weighing 183 kg empty once filled with water and substrate would the weight flatten out these impressions have added a photo of the board, it is a bit more rigid than polystrene but can still make impressions in it with my fingers.

do not know why you are using the foam. 183 k will flaten it alone i would think. are your measurements metric or imperial. thought England and US were the last hold outs. Funny since 1812 lol

hi it is a rimless tank so need a foam between tank and plywood base in case of un evenness in the plywood base it hasn't flattened yet yes tank is 183 kg 403lbs so quite heavy going to half fill tomorrow and see if the foam flattens up
