Could anyone provide a link to the exact foam used in this video: He calls it "grey 4 psi foam". Not really looking for alternative suggestions, just trying to locate the source of this exact foam. Thanks!

Its a foam rating and likely 1/2 polystyrene foamYou said you don’t want suggestions
Most aquarists use 1/2”-1” and larger thickness based on aquarium size
 
It looks like Wedi Board. Long Term Compression Strength (50 years) 0,08 N/mm2 < 2%

Compression Resistance or Compressive Strength at 10% Compression EN 826 0,25 N/mm2

Maybe someone can convert this to American measurements.
