Purpose: To hash out by-laws and things that need to be discussed regarding the structure of the club.

Per everybody's thoughts, max of three more or one week and we'll figure out a date and unstick this thing...

the only problem I see with stopping it at 10 is, what if only half that can actually make it to the meet? Maybe keep the list going, and once the date is selected, the first 10 on the list that can make it go.

Right, but originally it was going to be a group of five. Nine is plenty especially since we were gonna max it out at ten. Shouldn't take an army to straighten out a few details...

From the sounds of it weekends are going to be tough unless we do a Sunday. If we want everyone to be able to make it a weeknight might be best. I can put together an agenda with any suggestions that are made and make copies of that and the by-laws for everyone so we can be productive. Any objections?

Maybe a date between Christmas and the New Years. Or are you thinking later than that?
