Hey i just got some new frags and found one of my new zoa clusters only half open, upon closer inspection found what looked like a nudibranch so quickly redipped the piece. What is it and how concerned should i be?

This made me inspect all other new frags closely and i saw these white things any clue what it is, looks kinda like an egg or tiny worm should i try scraping it off or is it just some weird coral bone. It's on an acan.

Thanks for your help!

Also i found the first set of what look like feather dusters??? On the nudibranch zoa frag, and then another feather duster type thing on another zoa frag.

Are those good/bad/indifferent?

Looks like zoa eating Nudibranch and the dip does not kill eggs... you should keep a close eye on them

Ouchy.... if i keep it on the frag rack and look twice a day should i be fine or is it likley itll infest the tank? Also how long should i keep it seperate from rock in the frag rack?

Also are the white egg like things on the acan a problem?

+1 for all the nudi info. As far as the acan plug does it scrape off. Could it be air trapped in the mold?

Thanks for all the nudi info, fairly confident i can take care of the problem.

Ill try scraping and let you know the result, definitely not air.

Are the feather duster things exactly that? Are they ok cause they look pretty cool
