FOWLR stocking - Whats the must have fish?

With my new out of quarantined regal angel starting to nip at my SPS, I have decided to dedicate my 180g to a FOWLR tank! (upgrading to 400g in about 1 yr when my friend upgrade). I have since decided on the stock list, with the main focus being peaceful and angelfish!


Now, I need some help with my future stocking list!

My List so far: ***italic not gotten yet*** ***Bold being future purchase (hopefully)***

any suggestion to what I should add/subtract? Also... what light would be good for this FOWLR tank? I was thinking 3 viparspectra as it is cheap and the fish probably doesn't care (I do might add a small Colorado sunburst anemone tho). For the small fish, I can pretty much move to reef tank if anything goes out of hand.

Totally left this out! Would they go after small fish? And I only pretty much saw huge ones at my LFS when they get them

He will not go after small fish that is comfortable in the tank. If you add small fish, use acclimation box. Dazed small fish and shrimp will be food very quickly but feed him well and he will be a very docile fish that does not bother anybody.
I have small flasher wrasse and cleaner shrimp at are fine with him in the tank 6-7 inches (in a 320 DT)

I heard a lot about it. but it seems like the good ones are too expensive and the usual ones usually lose its color

Having a 50 foot tank wouldn't be big enough to have all the 'must have' fish unfortunately.

I was thinking of adding wrasses, but I used to have mysterious death with wrasse, it’s like they have swimming issue and just all died one by one.

Where did you get yours? I haven’t seen one for about 3 yrs now
