Foxface constantly flashing spines

So in quarantine, the foxface was really well. I put him in my tank about a week ago and since then he's been flicking his spines rapidly kind of like a heartbeat. I'm wondering if it's because he's having a little bit of a spat with the clownfish? Maybe stressed out? The clownfish were in there for months before I introduced any other fish. I was fighting a dino problem and didn't want to keep putting more in.

Is this normal behavior? He eats extremely well, constantly picking at the rocks and eating nori but he does hide in the cave often. I know they're easy to Spook but I'm concerned for his health

My parameters are Normal with slightly higher phosphates.

I saw someone say that they read it could be a sign of internal parasites. So now I'm freaking out
