Foxface "growth"

Recently got a Foxface through a Reef Club order and boy oh boy is it a biggie! Probably 7 inches and fat-n-happy.

I noticed along the bridge of it's nose was a little irritation. Over the last couple of days it's grown and looks to be almost like an abscess.

I tried to get pictures but my phone is pathetic and he's skiddish so to no avail, I'll try to bring in the T3i tomorrow.

Description: Red/Pink about the size of a pea that looks like an egg case. Just today there is a "tail" coming out of the flesh about 2 cm away from the "egg case" that just hangs out.

I've never had pests/parasites on fish before so this is new.

Unable to obtain a worthy picture :/ he's too skiddish.

Update:

The "bump" has "popped" and now there is just this cavern of missing flesh. Fish is behaving "normally" and is eating like a pig. Making sure to feed him a variety of foods and also food with garlic in it to help possibly get rid of any possible parasite.
