FOXFACE IS DYING AND IDK WHY !!?

My fox face is dying! And idk what to do ! Everything is good. I did do a water change with all my fishes in the tank .

Need more information. Water tests, how you test salinity, where you get water from, if the fish has any spots, what does it look like.. how do you know it’s dying. Age and size of the tank.
