Frag plugs types

I’m looking for circle frag plugs for growing out the acros when they are ready to frag. Also something easier to frag zoas. I’m using plugs and bone cutters for growing them out. What’s a good option for both? my goal is to get single and possibly a few polys on the zoa frag plugs.
