I would like to inform everyone that I have changed the original post to reflect the new and current information.

We were informed by The Washington County Fairgrounds that they made an error and that our date of March 26th was already taken months after we booked it. Fortunately we were able to secure a new venue which is actually larger and much nicer for approximately the same price. It's a huge space at 20,000 sqft with a Cafe and restaurant at the facility so it should be a great space to grow into. I look forward to seeing everyone at the swap.
