What do you all use for a frag tank?

Opinions on AIO verse plumbing it into your main system?

First thought for me is balancing a QT benefit v. stability/matching parameters.
 
My main large frag tank was seperate.

I did have a small QT tank for inverts and coral before they went into the display that got the automatic water change water from my display though.
