I used a little bit of aquarium safe super glue to set them, then sealed around them.

Im looking for something cheap that will grow coral. I cant go over $100

well to be honest, I needed a very quick replacement light for my 3 gallon because the one I had was horrible, so I went to petsmart and bought this one. Its a two channel national geographic for 40 dollars and ever since I put it in my corals have spawned and grew real fast.....and I do mean fast.
