WELCOME MY DUDE!!! Also about the frag tank, longer is definitely better for different flow rate, I'd recommend a 20 long, 40 long or 55 gallon.

When you say "frag tank" do you mean a tank for displaying coral, or just a tank to grow/farm them in?
If you're looking for something to look good, the zoo med low boy 50g is great, as others have said.
If you're just looking for something to grow them in, hydroponic trays are great, easy to drill, and available much cheaper:

Here is mine that is currently in setup mode.
45 gal 36x24x12 with 40 breeder sump. Uline shelving stand rubber coated and replaced the fiber board with plywood. Shelf is rated at 1800lbs.

If possible ,, I would get a tank with a external overflow box ,, its nice having the extra internal space ,, specially on a frag tank ,,
