How would I best go about fragging these? I’ve had them for about a month or two but they haven’t spread to anything as they just grow on themselves.

I would glue it onto the rockwork, they wont really grow too fast over sand
So I should mention it has been glued on a rock and didn’t spread any since I got it. It became unglued just a day or two ago.

Just keep it glued onto a rock. It will spread with time just depending on how fast they grow. Try to get the base of the zoas as close to the rock as possible so they don't have to extend to grow and can make a seamless transition.
